DANA Diabecare R will bring “Convenience with Privacy” with this multi-function remote controller.

1)  The DANA R is equipped with a wireless-connected glucose meter, which automatically sends the patient’s test results to the insulin pump. Wireless communication of test results will ease diabetes management by eliminating extra button pushes and by calculating the required bolus dose automatically.

2) The DANA R will enable the patient to fully control the insulin pump wirelessly.  Not just a simple “remote bolus button”, the patient will command bolus injections, correct basal rates, and use all the smart features like temporary basal settings with the convenient wireless controller.

3) The DANA R will enable the patient to fully monitor the insulin pump wirelessly. The patient will have full access to all of the valuable information stored in the insulin pump (e.g. insulin remaining in the reservoir, alarms, bolus history etc.)  .
